Port, Sherry and sparkling wine from Pleasant Valley Wine Co. in Hammondsport, Steuben County, comprise most of the options at Caywood Vineyards in Caywood, Seneca County. Visitors sample the lineup at a bar made from repurposed redwood and oak wine barrels.

Some of the bubbly wines bearing the label of Pleasant Valley (, Caywood’s owner and parent of Seneca Harbor Wine Center in Watkins Glen, Schuyler County, include spumante, a rose brut and Millennium, another brut made from Chardonnay grown on Seneca Lake.
